The invoice, packing list (document describing the content of the shipment ) , weight and value.
TNT provides handling and packaging facilities for all categories of shipments ranging from fragile and non-fragile shipments.
 •  Cash customers : Payment is made at the point of transaction. 
 •  Credit Clients: Payments are made to TNT at the end of the month.
International parcels are delivered within 3 business days.

•  Regular pick-up: Once TNT has been notified of the day, time, and address of pick-up, our drivers will always be at your door step to pick-up your shipments. 
 •  Occasional Pick-up: Customers need to contact the closest TNT/IAS office for pick-up arrangements.
•  An Account Opening form is issued to a Prospective Client. The Account opening form contains detailed information of the client in question.
  •  The Account opening form is filled by the client and returned for authorization by TNT/IAS.
  •  An Account No is assigned to the client and a letter of acceptance is written to the client giving him information about the Account (If the detailed information is deemed to be satisfactory ).
